Can I preview a designer piece?
Absolutely — we’d love to welcome you. Private viewings are available by appointment at our Newcastle showroom, located at Suite 2, Level 1, 95 Hannell Street, Wickham NSW 2293.

How long can I hire a bag for?
You can choose weekend hire (Fri-Mon) or a 2 night midweek hire (Tues – Thurs). Longer hire is available by arrangement, please email us to discuss further.
What if the bag gets damaged?
Minor wear is covered, but significant damage or loss may incur repair or replacement costs.
How do I return my rental?
Every order comes with a pre-paid satchel and return label — just repackage and drop it off at your nearest post office, or return to our office by appointment
Are all bags authentic?
Absolutely. Every designer handbag is 100% authentic, verified and maintained to luxury standards.
